If you are a shopaholic like me, I’m sure you’ll agree that the greatest shopping event on earth is the annual Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF). It is an exciting, month long event that promises unlimited, tax-free and highly discounted shopping and exhilarating entertainment for the whole family with loads of amazing prizes to win.

This year’s event, DSF 2013 (January 03 – February 03, 2013) is currently underway in the magical land of Dubai. So, all you shopping freaks out there, head straight to Dubai for the greatest shopping extravaganza and shop till you drop for apparels, electronic goods, gold, fashion accessories, carpets, perfumes, leather, watches, home décor and furnishings,  furniture, sports gears, jewellery and much, much more. What Not To Miss in DSF 2013

1) Fireworks Spectacle & Fire, Water and Light Show

Catch the spectacular fireworks display over the Dubai Creek every day. I bet the spellbinding pyrotechnics, creating magical fiery patterns in the sky, will leave you open jawed. At the Dubai Fountain (the tallest performing fountain in the world), witness a grand musical display of fire, water and lights.

2) Global Village

This is a large cultural and entertainment open air theme park. Shopping and entertainment events at the Global Village will go on till March 31, 2013. Enjoy attractions like 3D mapping shows, Emirati street performers, Bollywood dances, Chinese Circus and performances by Aboriginal and African artists.
